    As teenagers enter the complex world of adolescence, they often face a myriad of confusions and chaos that can significantly impact their growth. By identifying negative feelings and practising more mature behaviours, teens can learn healthier coping mechanisms.

They focus on helping teens improve their behaviours in more acceptable ways. They teach teens how to think positively, especially if they come from families that do not provide positive responses to stressors.     It is important for both teens and adults to recognise the significance of anger management in fostering healthy emotional development.
