    What is a Nurturing Guide?

    A Nurturing Guide is an internalised “ideal mentor” or “compassionate parent” figure. It is the part of your psyche that offers the support, validation, and encouragement you may have lacked in the past or struggle to give yourself in the present.

    By shifting this dialogue, the Nurturing Guide helps:
